July is Self-Care Month and Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month — a time to nurture yourself while recognizing the importance of culturally responsive, accessible care for all families.

✨ Self-care doesn't have to be big or expensive. Small moments matter. Try:

• A 5-minute breathing break with your child

• A short walk or movement break outside

• A calming bedtime routine with a story and a snuggle

• 🚼Toddler Storytime (18mo–3yrs): Mondays @ 10am

• 🎒Preschool Storytime (3–5yrs): Thursdays @ 10am

• 🎵Musical Storytime (All ages): Thursdays @ 11am

• 👨‍👩‍👧Family Storytime (All ages): Tuesdays @ 6pm, Saturdays @ 10am
