Partner with US
—to support the children you serve.
If you work with young children, you already know the power of collaboration.
Children thrive when the adults in their lives are working from the same page — when what happens at school is reflected at home, and vice versa. But even the most dedicated teacher has felt that quiet helplessness when a child is struggling and the family is too. You want to help. You may not always know how. And on top of everything else on your plate, you're usually the ones parents turn to first.
That's exactly why our Partnership Program exists.
We are a team of early childhood specialists who holistically support children ages 0–8 — and just as importantly, the educators and caregivers who show up for them every day.
We work at the intersection of school and home life, looking at how each child is developing across all of their worlds and figuring out together what they need to truly thrive.
Our partnership services include:
Working directly with a child.
Supporting parents who don't know where to turn.
Being a resource and a sounding board for you
— the teacher who sees so much, cares deeply, and deserves support too.
Whatever a child needs, we want to help provide it. And we'd love to do that alongside you.
Who We Partner With
We work with a range of early childhood and community settings that serve children ages 0–8 and their families:
✓ Preschools
✓ Private Schools
✓ Childcare Centers (Ages 0–4)

Partnership Services
Our services are designed to be flexible, non-intrusive, and genuinely useful. These are just a few examples of what we can offer when you partner with us.
In-Person Child Observations
One of our clinicians visits your classroom to observe a child in their natural environment. We provide expert feedback directly to teachers and flag opportunities to connect families with our therapeutic services when appropriate.
Parent Feedback & Family Connection
We communicate clearly and compassionately with parents and caregivers about what we're observing, what support we're offering, and how they can reinforce growth at home. Families are always part of the team.
On-Site Play Therapy
When appropriate, our play therapist, Wendy, can provide therapy sessions directly at your site — eliminating transportation barriers and keeping children in a familiar, comfortable setting. This makes services more accessible for the families you serve.
Parent Education Nights
We offer engaging, practical evening workshops for the families in your community on topics like child development, emotion regulation, play, behavior, potty training and more — all tailored to what your families need most.
Professional Development for Your Team
Teaching young children is one of the most important and most demanding jobs there is. We offer professional development sessions for teachers, childcare providers, and program staff. We're here to support your team, not evaluate it. We share what we observe with curiosity and care.

Our partnership with VAMA has been a huge win for our parents. We kicked off our Parent Education Nights with this bold topic: “Beyond Academics: Mastering Social-Emotional Skills for Independent Learners,” presented by Justin Gutterman.
