We have qualified clinicians that are able to provide a superbill for therapeutic services you can submit to your insurance for potential Out-of-Network reimbursement. We recommend consulting with your insurance provider to see if this might be an option for you.

For Tricare members a superbill can not be provided at this time. We are able to provide Tricare families services with the option of a waiver of acknowledgement of our non participating status. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It's important to note some of our services are considered non-clinical and are typically not covered by insurance. If this applies to you, we will ensure this is clearly communicated before initiating services.

We offer a diverse range of service options tailored to meet your specific needs, providing flexibility and choice. It is important to us that early childhood services be accessible for all families.

Licensed Clinicians : $190 for 1/hour, $180 for 45 mins and $205 for a 1 hour home visit or child care center visit.

Supervisees: $180 for 1 hour, $170 for 45 min in office, home visits or child care center visits are $195 

PT: The initial assessment (on land) is $190 per 1-hour intake appointment.

Land-based PT Services are $190 per 1-hour, $180 per 45 min session.

Aquatic PT: The rate for individual services is $220.00 per 1-hour aquatic appointment, $205.00 per 45-minute aquatic appointment, and $190 per 30-minute aquatic appointment. 

There are other service options and a modified rate application for families in need including a sliding scale option.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

We can provide therapeutic interventions across various environments, including our center, your residence, childcare facilities, or through telehealth platforms.
